Leading Cross-Sector Partnerships
Erica has spent her 15+ year career working with organizations and communities to build a more just and engaged society as a senior leader, independent consultant and Fulbright Scholar. She has designed programs and strategy for hundreds of organizations & convened thousands of leaders to strengthen the social sector including with the Open Society Foundations, Race Forward, the Center for Creative Leadership, and Harvard Kennedy School — along with publishing in The New York Times, Boston Globe and CNN.

Driving Narrative Change
Dialogue, interviews and narrative change are key tools of Erica’s work. Her podcast, Untying Knots, has been featured on many best-of lists and is known in the field as a go-to for critical conversations with leaders from across the U.S. on their work to disrupt systemic oppression and forge new pathways in a range of sectors. Her Radio Show, Justified Nature, ran live from 2012-2016 on air in Nigeria, Ethiopia, and the UK.
